Each year, St. Rita’s Medical Center took part in a Gallup survey to measure the engagement of their nearly 4,000 employees. It was found that engagement was lower than projected and that was reflected in lower than expected scores. We created this music video to do one thing – to ask people to take part in the survey. It worked. Gallup reported that the gains in the engagement scores were “statistically significant”. Morale went up, and the song was stuck in everyone’s heads for weeks.
The music and lyrics were written in-house, and the singer was recorded in our audio studio. This entire production was an original work of Allen Film & Video, Ltd.
